It just won't look all that good, even if you throw a GTX 1080 at it. The only specs to change between PES 2015 and PES 2017 are the graphics cards, which have taken a single generational jump
The way to setting it, first open the game, then open the Render settings. My way to setting it is: In exhibiton match -> select team -> while in gameplan screen, see at right -> open system setting -> then open render setting. In this rendering setting, You can adjust the desired graphics.

Graphics: Both games have good graphics quality, but FIFA adds a lot more color to the game. Nonetheless, it doesn't make PES look inferior. In fact, both games look really good. Also, PES 2017 has cleaned up its menu compared to 2016 (which was just awkward). But, that's not what makes a good soccer game. GAMEPLAY
